Truffle Butter Recipe

- 250g salted butter
- 25g to 50g fresh truffle or truffles conserved in alcohol

- Take your butter out of the refrigerator at least 1 hour in advance. Room temperature butter will be easier to work with and allow the infusion to begin.
- Grate the truffles in alcohol or fresh truffles into your butter.
- Mix everything until the mixture is homogenous and the truffles are evenly spread
- 4. Use plastic wrap to mould the butter into a roll or block
- Leave in the fridge for 72 hours to allow it to infuse with truffles. You can also freeze this mixture for later use
- Enjoy this truffle butter on toast, pasta, rice, or steamed potatoes.
