Pour les gastronomes, la truffe y est déclinée sous toutes ses formes dans notre restaurant où des menus de saison vous laissent le choix entre 2 Entrées, 2 Plats, 2 desserts ...... De quoi satisfaire les plus gourmands amateurs de ce précieux champignon.

Toujours avec le sourire, elle saura vous accueillir ou vous guider à l'occasion de vos réservations. Elle est partout, de l'entretien des locaux à l'administratif en passant par la mise en place et le service à table. Delphine est le "couteau suisse" de l'équipe.
Nicolas, Truffle Hunter
Nicolas is an endless source of anecdotes related to his main activity, which is truffle hunting. He will explain his passion during a presentation on this wonderful mushroom, the truffle, and will showcase the skills of his little dog Taïga in finding truffles during a demonstration in the park. You will find Nicolas during your lunches as he also participates in table service.
Jean, Head Chef
As the elder of the team, Jean brings all his knowledge in the rigor, management, and organisation of a kitchen worthy of the name. Together with his colleague Alexis, he does not hesitate to implement his creative ideas to enhance the flavours of truffle in the recipes.

The youngest of the team, he already possesses the know-how in the art of cooking truffle. Sharing this experience with his colleague Jean brings joy to our gourmet clients.
