1. Preamble
The purpose of these General Conditions of Sale and Reservation is to define the conditions applicable to sales, reservations and services offered by JENIDEAL — La Maison aux Mille Truffes on the site www.maisonauxmilletruffes.fr.

- restaurant meal reservations;
- nature and gastronomy experiences;
- digging demonstrations;
- tastings;
- formulas including cellaring, tasting or lunch;
- tourist and gastronomic services;
- gift vouchers;
- purchases or reservations made online, by telephone or by email.
Any order, reservation or purchase implies unreserved acceptance of these conditions.

3. Description of services
La Maison aux Mille Truffes offers services around truffles, gastronomy and the Burgundian region, in particular:
- restaurant meals around truffles;
- digging demonstrations;
- tastings;
- nature and gastronomy experiences;
- formulas including packing and lunch;
- formules premium ;
- gift vouchers giving access to certain services;
- good value gifts.
The services, menus, schedules, prices and availability are presented on the site for information purposes only and may change depending on the seasons, availability, weather conditions, operating constraints, opening periods or available products.
The photographs, texts and illustrations present on the site are not contractual.
4. Reservations
Reservations can be made according to the methods indicated on the site, in particular by telephone, by e-mail, via the reservation tools available on the site or, when offered, by purchase or order online.
A reservation is only considered confirmed after validation by La Maison aux Mille Truffes, and, where applicable, after full or partial payment when requested.
The customer undertakes to provide accurate information when booking, including name, first name, contact details, desired date, number of participants, service chosen and information useful for organizing the service.
5. Schedules, delays and attendance of participants
Service times are indicated on the site or communicated to the customer when booking.
The customer is invited to arrive at the agreed time. In case of delay, La Maison aux Mille Truffes will make its best efforts to maintain the service, without guarantee of being able to extend or modify the course initially planned.
A significant delay or absence of the client may result in the cancellation of the service, without reimbursement, when the organization no longer allows it to be carried out.
6. Special conditions linked to services with animals
Some services include a digging demonstration carried out with a working dog.
For reasons of safety, comfort and the smooth running of the service, visitors' dogs and animals are not allowed on the site, except with the express prior agreement of La Maison aux Mille Truffes or specific legal obligation.
7. Prix
Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included, unless otherwise stated.
The applicable prices are those displayed on the site or communicated to the customer at the time of booking or ordering.
La Maison aux Mille Truffes reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, a service already confirmed remains invoiced on the basis of the price accepted at the time of reservation or order, unless modification requested by the customer.
8. Payment
Payment can be made according to the means offered by La Maison aux Mille Truffes, including secure online payment, payment on site, payment by credit card or other means accepted at the time of reservation or order.
When online payment is offered, this is made via a secure payment provider. JENIDEAL does not store the customer's complete credit card details.
If payment is refused, incomplete or not received, the order or reservation may not be confirmed.
9. Gift vouchers
La Maison aux Mille Truffes offers gift vouchers allowing certain services or a usable value to be offered according to the conditions indicated at the time of purchase.
The gift voucher may include a cellaring and tasting demonstration, a cellaring demonstration and lunch, a premium formula or a specific value usable with La Maison aux Mille Truffes.
The gift voucher can only be used under the conditions specified at the time of purchase and subject to availability.
Unless otherwise indicated, the gift voucher cannot be exchanged for money, is not refundable after expiration, must be presented when booking or arriving and may be subject to mandatory prior reservation.
The validity period of the gift voucher is that indicated on the voucher, on the product page or in the information communicated at the time of purchase.
10. Use of gift vouchers
To use a gift voucher, the recipient must contact La Maison aux Mille Truffes according to the terms indicated on the site or on the gift voucher.
The reservation is subject to the availability of the establishment.
In the event of loss, forgetfulness, damage or fraudulent use of the gift voucher, La Maison aux Mille Truffes cannot be held responsible, unless proven fault on its part.
A gift voucher already used, even partially depending on its nature, cannot be refunded.
11. Modification, postponement or cancellation by the customer
Any request for modification, postponement or cancellation must be addressed to La Maison aux Mille Truffes as soon as possible, by telephone or e-mail.
The possibilities for postponement or cancellation depend on the type of service, the planned date, the number of participants, organizational constraints and the special conditions communicated when booking or ordering.
In the event of the client's absence or late cancellation, the amounts paid may be retained, particularly when the service has been prepared or the time limit no longer allows availability to be reallocated.
12. Modification or cancellation by La Maison aux Mille Truffes
La Maison aux Mille Truffes may be required to modify, postpone or cancel a service in the event of special circumstances, in particular unfavorable weather conditions, exceptional unavailability, health or safety constraints, technical problem, absence or unavailability of a speaker, force majeure or insufficient number of participants when the service requires it.
In this case, La Maison aux Mille Truffes will propose, depending on the circumstances, a postponement, an equivalent service or a reimbursement of the sums paid for the service not provided.
13. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with applicable regulations, the consumer can benefit from a withdrawal period of fourteen days for certain purchases made remotely.
However, certain leisure, catering, accommodation or tourist activities services provided on a specific date or during a specific period may not be subject to the right of withdrawal.
Thus, services reserved for a specific date, in particular meals, tastings, digging demonstrations, nature and gastronomy experiences or tourist services, may not give rise to the right to withdrawal once the reservation has been confirmed.
For undated gift vouchers purchased online, the right of withdrawal may apply under the legal conditions, unless the voucher was used before the expiry of the withdrawal period or if the customer has expressly requested the performance of the service before the end of this period.
14. Availability of services
Services are offered subject to availability.
Certain services may depend on the season, opening hours, availability of the team, weather conditions, availability of truffles or products used, and the organization of the restaurant or site.
In case of unavailability, La Maison aux Mille Truffes may offer another date, an equivalent service or, depending on the case, a refund.
15. Menus, products and allergens
The menus, dishes, tastings and products offered may vary depending on the seasons, supplies and cooking constraints.
The customer is invited to report any allergies, intolerances or dietary constraints when booking.
La Maison aux Mille Truffes will make its best efforts to take into account the information communicated, without being able to guarantee the total absence of traces of allergens.
16. Liability
La Maison aux Mille Truffes is responsible for the proper execution of the services sold, under the conditions provided for by the applicable regulations.
However, it cannot be held liable in the event of the customer's fault, misuse of a gift voucher, inaccurate information provided by the customer, absence or delay of the customer, force majeure or unforeseeable and insurmountable act of a third party.
The customer is responsible for his behavior during the service and undertakes to respect the instructions given by the team.
17. Force majeure
The responsibility of La Maison aux Mille Truffes cannot be incurred in the event of non-performance or poor performance resulting from an event of force majeure within the meaning of French law.
This concerns in particular unforeseeable, irresistible and external events preventing the normal execution of the service.
