Our restaurant is located in Marey-lès-Fussey between Dijon and Beaune, very close to Nuits-Saint-Georges. La Maison aux Mille Truffes is a gourmet table dedicated to the Burgundy truffle. From aperitif to dessert, truffle-inspired cuisine places it at the heart of every plate. Open every day except Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Operations assistantAlways with a smile, she will welcome you and guide you during your reservations. It is everywhere, from the maintenance of the premises to the administration, including set-up and table service. Delphine is the team's "Swiss army knife".
Nicolas
Truffle hunterNicolas is an inexhaustible source of anecdotes linked to its main activity, which is digging. He will be able to explain his passion to you during a presentation on this wonderful mushroom that is the truffle and will show you the skills of his little dog Taïga for searching for truffles during a demonstration in the park. You will find Nicolas during your lunch because he also participates in table service.
Jean
ChefDean of the team, Jean brings all his knowledge in the rigor, management and organization of a kitchen worthy of the name. With his colleague Alexis, he does not hesitate to implement his creative ideas to magnify the flavors of truffles in recipes.
Alexis
ChefThe youngest member of the team, he already has the know-how in the art of cooking truffles. Sharing this experience with his colleague Jean only makes our gourmet customers happy.
